Refund and Returns Policy
WebDesignToo products are made to order through our fulfillment partner, Printful. That means your item is created just for you after you place your order, not pulled off a shelf somewhere.

Shipping & Delivery
Orders typically take 3–7 business days to be made before they ship.
Estimated shipping times:
- USA: 3–4 business days
- Europe: 6–8 business days
- Australia: 2–14 business days
- Japan: 4–8 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
You’ll get a tracking link via email as soon as your order is on the way.
Where Your Order Ships From
Printful has fulfillment centers worldwide, so your order is produced and shipped from the location that gets it to you fastest.
Customs & Import Fees
If you’re ordering from outside the US, your country may charge customs fees or taxes. These are set by your local government, not us, so we don’t have control over them.
Missing Packages
If your order says delivered but you don’t have it:
- Double-check your shipping address
- Check with your local post office
- Ask neighbors or anyone nearby
Still no luck? Email us with your order number and we’ll help track it down.
If the shipping address was entered incorrectly at checkout, we can resend the order, but shipping costs will be your responsibility.
Returns & Exchanges
Because everything is made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for:
- Wrong size
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong item
Please check sizing charts and product details before ordering.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items
If something shows up wrong, we’ll fix it.
Email us within 7 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- A quick description of the issue
- Photos of the item
We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the situation.
Refunds
Refunds are only available if:
- Your item arrived damaged
- You received the wrong product
- There was a confirmed production issue
Once approved, refunds go back to your original payment method.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges at this time.
If you’re unsure about sizing, check the size guide on each product page before ordering. If something was mislabeled (rare, but it happens), let us know within 7 days and we’ll make it right.
