That’s a good question! SEO (“Search Engine Optimization”) is how high your website “ranks” in a search engine. Some popular search engines include Google, Bing, DuckDuckGo, and even YouTube.

You use SEO on your website and social media to help you show up and rank higher on searches!

Your business should, in theory, show up when you search for your business name. But you do need to complete a few steps. One of the biggest ways to rank higher on search engines is by having an SEO-rich website!

To get to very first spot in search results, you typically need to pay for ads with that search engine.
